ComeSeeMeToday.com ("ComeSeeMeToday," "we," "our," or "us") is a notification platform operated as a division of Carillon Financials Corporation, P.O. Box 426, Allen, Texas 75013.

Pettit Consulting, P.C., a CPA firm that limits its practice to information technology consulting and is a sister company of Carillon Financials Corporation, develops and supports products for Carillon Financials Corporation. Pettit Consulting, P.C. may have access to data stored by this application as part of that work and agrees to comply with this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use ComeSeeMeToday.com.

2. Information We Collect

Subscribers and administrators: We may collect business names, location information, administrator names, email addresses, phone numbers, subscription information, account settings, and information needed to operate and support the subscriber account.

Service personalities: We may collect names, display names, job titles or roles, email addresses, phone numbers, profile photos, bios, schedule information, and related account information.

Followers: We may collect first names, phone numbers, email addresses, notification preferences, and the personality or personalities a follower chooses to follow.

Identity and login information: We use Microsoft Entra for identity and sign-in services. We may receive identity information made available through Microsoft Entra, such as identifiers, names, and email addresses. ComeSeeMeToday does not see, receive, or store user passwords.

Technical and support information: We may collect server logs, IP addresses, browser or device information, diagnostic information, support messages, and similar information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Payment information: Carillon Financials Corporation does not collect, receive, store, or have access to your credit card number or other sensitive card details. Subscription payments are entered through hosted fields provided by Payroc, our payment processor, and are transmitted directly to Payroc for processing.

If we collect tax reporting information in the future, we will use it only for payment, tax reporting, compliance, and related business purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts
• To operate subscriber, administrator, personality, and follower features
• To send shift notifications and other requested email or SMS messages
• To process and manage subscription payments through Payroc
• To provide customer support and respond to requests
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service
• To send important account, subscription, security, or service updates
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations

4. User-Provided Information and Verification

ComeSeeMeToday relies on information provided by users and on identity information made available through Microsoft Entra during sign-in. We do not independently verify the identity, business status, employment status, authority, age, or accuracy of information submitted by subscribers, administrators, personalities, or followers, except as required for payment processing or as otherwise required by law.

Followers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for ensuring they are authorized to receive messages at the phone number or email address they provide.

5. How We Share Information

Access to application information is limited to Carillon Financials Corporation, Pettit Consulting, P.C., Microsoft as our hosting and identity provider, Payroc as our payment processor, and one or more email and SMS providers as needed to operate, support, secure, and deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Carillon Financials Corporation, users, or others.

We use Microsoft Azure to host and store application data, Microsoft Entra to provide identity and sign-in services, Payroc to process subscription payments, and third-party email and SMS providers to deliver notifications and service-related messages. These providers receive only the information needed to provide their services.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not share phone numbers or email addresses in the application with followers, personalities, subscriber administrators, subscription administrators, or other application users, except as needed for authorized system functions.
• We do not share application information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy, as needed to provide the service, or as required by law.

6. SMS and Email Notifications

By providing a phone number or email address on a personality's follow page, a follower consents to receive notifications from ComeSeeMeToday when that specific personality is scheduled to work or when related service messages are sent.

SMS messages are sent only to numbers provided for that purpose. Users may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP where supported or by using unsubscribe tools provided by the service.

We send email notifications and service-related email messages in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Marketing or promotional emails, if any, will identify the sender, include a valid way to contact us, and provide a way to opt out of future marketing emails. Transactional or service-related emails, such as account, subscription, security, or notification messages, may still be sent as needed to provide the service.

7. Data Security and Storage

ComeSeeMeToday.com is operated from the United States. Application data is stored using Microsoft Azure cloud services in the United States. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect application information.

We use Microsoft Entra for sign-in and identity services. ComeSeeMeToday does not see, receive, or store user passwords.

Carillon Financials Corporation does not collect, receive, store, or have access to credit card numbers or other sensitive card details. Credit card information entered through Payroc hosted fields is transmitted directly to Payroc for processing.

8. Data Retention

We generally retain application data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records, provide support, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and preserve the integrity of subscriber, personality, follower, and notification history. If you ask us to delete or correct personal information, we will review the request and respond as required by applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. California residents and residents of other jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Children and Minors

ComeSeeMeToday.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and, where applicable, through an authorized subscriber or employer.

11. International Users

ComeSeeMeToday.com is operated from the United States, and application data is stored using Microsoft Azure cloud services in the United States. If you access or use the service from outside the United States, including Canada, Mexico, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other location, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may limit or decline service in jurisdictions where legal, regulatory, tax, privacy, or operational requirements are not practical for us to support.

12. Business Transfers

If ComeSeeMeToday.com, Carillon Financials Corporation, or substantially all related assets are sold, merged, reorganized, or transferred, application information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy that provides comparable protection.

13. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, maintain security, and operate the service. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email, through the service, or by posting an updated policy. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
